1. Reservations and Payments

To confirm a reservation, a valid credit card is required. Depending on the selected rate, a deposit or full payment may be processed at the time of booking. All rates are quoted in [Currency] and are subject to applicable local taxes (VAT and Lodging Tax).

2. Cancellation and No-Show Policies

• Standard Rate: Cancellations made more than [X] days before the arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within [X] days will incur a penalty of [Percentage/First Night].

• Non-Refundable Rates: These bookings cannot be modified or refunded under any circumstances.

• No-Show: In the event of a no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

3. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: From 3:00 PM. A physical official ID and the credit card used for the booking must be presented upon arrival.

• Check-out: Until 11:00 AM. Late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

4. Nature and Safety (The Tented Experience)

Hacienda Xtojil is located in a natural environment. By booking, guests acknowledge and accept:

• Wildlife: The presence of local flora and fauna is part of the experience. Guests are asked to respect the ecosystem and refrain from feeding or disturbing animals.

• Structure: Our accommodations are high-end tents. While they offer luxury amenities, guests must follow safety guidelines regarding zippers, lighting, and smoking (strictly prohibited inside tents).

5. Guest Conduct and Damages

We maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all our guests.

• Noise: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

• Damages: Any damage to the property, furniture, or specialized tent materials caused by negligence will be charged to the guest’s credit card on file.

6. Sustainability and Conservation

As part of the Viatura Unseen commitment, we operate with strict sustainability standards. We encourage guests to participate in our water and energy conservation programs during their stay.
